Applications are invited to fill up one post of Project director (Group B Gazetted Non-Ministerial) in the pay scale of Rs. 7220-10980 in the integrated Rural energy Cell of the Department of Science & Technology, Chandigarh Administration, on deputation basis from among the eligible officers serving under Central/State government/Autonomous Body/Union Territories/Semi-Governments Departments:

a(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
(ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointments thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay Rs. 5500-9000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
(b) Processing the Educational qualifications as under:

Essential: Batchelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering from recognized university or equivalent.

Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately this appointments in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. the maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

(ii) A statement showing minor or major penalties imposed, if any; in respect of the Official,
(iii) Cadre Clearance/Integrity certificate and complete up-to-date ACRs for the last five years
