Filling up of the post of Exhibition Assistant in the Ministry
of New and Renewable Energy on deputation basis.
Service of the suitable persons are required for filling up of the post
of Exhibition Assistant in the scale of pay of Rs. 4500-125-7000/- on deputation
basis in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. The pay of the selected person
will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training
OM No. 2/29/91-Estt.(P-II) dated 5-1-94 as amended from time to time.
2. Eligibility, qualifications etc., required for the post
of Exhibition Assistant are mentioned in Annexure-1
3. Application of suitable persons in the proforma at Annexure-II,
who are eligible and willing to be considered and whose service can be spared,
if selected may kindly be sent along with their up to date CR, Dossiers for
the last 5 years and vigilance clearance to the Under Secretary,Administration-1,
Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Block No. 14, CGO Complex, Lodi Road,
New Delhi-110003, before 15th April. The application received
after that date or those received without up to date CR dossiers and vigilance
clearance will not be considered.
4. Once applied for, the candidates will not be allowed to
withdraw their applications subsequently.
Annexure-I
1. Designation of Post: Exhibition Assistant.
2.Classification: General Central Service Group'C' (Non-Ministerial
Non Gazetted)
3. Pay Scale: Rs. 4500-125-7000/-
4. Eligibility: Suitable persons under the Central government
holding analogous post or persons having 5 years service in the posts in the
scale of Rs.4000-100-6000 or equivalent and possessing Bachelors' Degree of
a recognized university of its equivalent. At least 2 years experience (relaxable
in the case of Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes candidates) in the handling
exhibition work in a Government Department of Public Undertaking is essential.
5. Period of deputation: The period of deputation including
period of deputation in another ex-cadre post immediately preceding this appointment
in the same or other organization/Department shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
